Sunday October 11th is the date chosen for the 2009 Run for Dreams.  Now that the Wolves have made the Premiership again, we are not as yet sure whether we can start the race from the Molineux because until the fixture list is out, is isn’t known whether there would be a home match on that day. There are quite a few Sunday fixtures in Premier League because of TV rights of course. Anyway, as soon as we know the route, we’ll let you know.

As a patron of Promise Dreams, I am delighted that once again the fabulous Extreme Trifle team are taking on our charity as part of their fund raising 2009 year.I think these guys are just amazing in what they do and it should be remembered that many great things are achieved by the 'over-optimistic'.  The Wrong Way round is going to be one gigantic adventure, if the Extreme Trifle website is anything to go by, there should be hours (months) of fun ahead.So - to Oz, Matt, Nick, Charlie and of course Greg and Jon, I wish you all a fantastic voyage and to all of the people that meet you on your journey, they should be in for some wonderfully colourful language.  Good luck guys and on behalf of all at Promise Dreams, a million thank you's.
